It all started in 1996 when I got my first pair of decks, and I haven't stopped ever since! I was initially interested in DJing after listening to mix CD's done by other DJ's and from then I started out playing house. As new music styles were introduced such as speed garage in '97and '98 my preference also change where I played house and speed garage. From 1998 onwards I concentrated on my preferred music taste of trance and hard house.
I was hugely influenced by DJ's over the years from the likes of Tall Paul,
Paul Oakenfold, Andy Farley, Tony De Vit, DJ Tiesto and Mauro Picotto, after
seeing them play in clubs such as Sundissential, GODSkitchen and Gatecrasher.
While being on the DJing circuit I've played at The Hush club, RSVP bar, previously
known Harleys bar in the Arcadian, Sundissential @ The Que club and currently
have monthly residencies at Hard House Heaven @ The Sanctuary and Ultimate
Freedom @ The Steering Wheel. The best DJing moment I've experience was at
Hard House Heaven at The Sanctuary watching the crowd react has to be one
of the greatest buzz from DJing.
On A clubbing tip I continue to go week in week out and from when I started,
one of the greatest club experiences I had has to be at Sundissential @ The
pulse March 98 - January 2000. The atmosphere and chilled crowd that was created
there was amazing, nothing in my opinion has come close. At the moment I strive
to find new opportunities in DJing, what more can I say my love music goes
on.
