Chris was an early starter in the music industry. He was lucky to receive
a pair of Technics at the age of 19, and began spinnin’ vinyl in a solid
n’ funky seamless style with passion and dedication. Soon after this
early introduction to house music his ambition and dedication grew. Chris
set up his own studio and started producing many of the early classics and
house music “gems” that Cleveland City Records were so highly
respected for. This led to Chris’ Djing career rocketing with many of
his records being licensed to East West Records in Europe which also featured
on various compilations including the well known “Fantazia House Collections”,
Ministry of Sound series, Cream & “Miss Moneypennys” albums,
all under different pseudonyms.
Specialising in his own unique style Chris plays right across the house music
spectrum, always keeping the all important “funk” tight in the
mix.
Please don’t just take our word for it, Chris was voted “Resident
DJ” (Canal Club) of the year at the B.E.D.A Disco Mirror Awards 1998,
and was presented with his award by Mrs Norman Cook (Zoë ball). Since
then Chris has obtained and held highly respectable residencies at Peruvia
(Manchester & Birmingham), Code Club (Birmingham), Ultra Vegas (Milton
Keynes), Time (Cheltenham), Fantasia parties (Ayia Napa), The Emporium, the
“ground breaking” Lightbar (Wolverhampton), 2 Risqué (Manchester)
and Niche (Cheltenham).
Not only has Chris played at the majority of best UK clubs, his DJ skills
have proved popular all over the world playing at some of the world’s
most elite venues. In the last 8 years Chris has traveled to U.S.A (Denver,
New Orleans, LA, Las Vegas & Florida), Poland (Warsaw), Canada (Toronto
& Vancouver), Malta, Scotland, Egypt (Cairo), Germany, Paris, Majorca
(BCM), Jersey, Cyprus (Fantasia Parties), Ireland (Dublin, Belfast, Derry)
and Ibiza (Es Paradis & Amnesia).
Chris is a unique DJ and controls the dancefloor wherever he plays. He captures
the attention of all those he plays to with finely-tuned mixing and fantastic
music selection; with Chris’ experience n’ amazing expertise you
